BRAPPED — TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: June 2026 1. ABOUT BRAPPED BRAPPED is a marketplace connecting vehicle spotters with vehicle owners at automotive events. Users may purchase short video clips of their own vehicles filmed at events. 2. ELIGIBILITY You must be 18 or older to use BRAPPED. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. 3. SPOTTER TERMS - You may only upload footage you personally filmed - You must have permission to film at the location - You must not upload footage of accidents, dangerous driving, or unconsenting individuals - You grant BRAPPED a licence to display watermarked previews of your footage 4. DRIVER TERMS - Purchasing a clip grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to the footage - You confirm you are the vehicle owner or authorised representative - The footage is for personal use only — not for commercial broadcasting or monetised distribution - All liability for downstream use rests solely with the buyer 5. PAYMENTS - All transactions are processed securely via Stripe - Refunds are only issued if the master file fails to deliver 6. CONTENT MODERATION - BRAPPED reserves the right to remove any content without notice - Clips receiving 5 or more community flags are automatically hidden pending review - Repeated violations will result in account termination 7. PRIVACY & GDPR - BRAPPED complies with EU GDPR regulations - Vehicle registration plates are never surfaced publicly - User data is never sold to third parties - You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@brapped.app 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY BRAPPED is a marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for the content of uploaded clips, the conduct of users, or any disputes between Spotters and Drivers. 9.
